•• •Decries Poor Accountability, Bad Governannce in A'Ibom  PRP State Chairman, Rev Aniebiet Emmanuel Speaking during the State Working Committee meeting in Uyo early today The Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) in Akwa Ibom State has called on the State government to as a matter of urgency, make public, evidence of ownership of Ibom Air, Dakadda Smart Building at Udo Udoma as well as what its described as purported industries in the State. The Party also demanded proper accountability for the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR), and the federal allocations to the State from 2015 to date. •••As VC Outlines 67 PG Programmes, 42 Faculties Michael Ufot License and other certifications has be secured for a new Campus Radio Station, AKSU Fm, to add value to broadcast students in Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU). Mass Communication has also been splited into four departments of Public Relations, Advertising, Broadcasting, Journalism and Media Studies to ensure specialisation. The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Nse Essien disclosed this during his familiarisation visit to the State Executive Committee of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Akwa Ibom State Council yesterday. Prof Essien further stated that 67 Post Graduate Programmes spanning from PGD, MSC, MPA, MBA and Ph.D has been approved for the institution, adding that 42 academic programmes has also gained full accreditation in the Akwa Ibom State University. He assured that the departments of Sociology & Anthropology, Biochemistry, Banking and Finance will  receive full accreditation in less than no time. T
