Mkpat Enin Assembly Race: Behold Nsikan Pius Etukakpan Nkamado



Momentum of the forthcoming 2023 elections has eventually swing the pendulum of leadership for Mkpat Enin State Constituency to Ukpum Minya Clan. Intentions by bonafide sons and daughters of Ukpum Minya Clan have been thrilling. 

The latest and of course the best according to pundits, is that of Engr Nsikan Pius Etukapan Nkamado, a native of Ikot Udo Village in Ukpum Minya ward 1, Mkpat Enin Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

A graduate of Electrical Engineering, from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos; a Project Manager; holder of other certifications in telecom industry. 

Engr Nsikan Nkamado is a one time Alumni  President of Comprehensive Secondary School, Edeobom 1, Nsit Ibom LGA. Whose under his leadership,  provided the school with borehole water, books, students seminar on techniques of active learning and other relevant topics.

Outspoken, intelligent with uncommon leadership antecedents devoid of craftiness and deceits, Engr Nkamado is a seasoned telecom professional. He has worked with major telecom giant Huawei technologies, as a quality assurance managed services to MTN project across the country.

The entire world is going digital and Akwa Ibom State have been left behind due to the inability of the State Assembly to have professionals in relevant areas like telecommunication, hence the emergence of Nsikan Pius Etukapan Nkamado for Mkpat Enin State Constituency in the forthcoming 2023 election.

Senator OBA Dumps YPP, Defects To APC In A'Ibom...Senate President, Others on Ground for Reception

The Senate President Godswill Akpabio and 10 senators are expected to receive the 2023 governorship candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in Akwa Ibom State, Bassey Albert, into the All Progressives Congress (APC) today, Friday, in Akwa Ibom. A source, who disclosed this to PREMIUM TIMES, said the event will take place in the afternoon at Mr Akpabio’s hometown, Ukana, Essien Udim Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom. “The senators are already in town, they are lodging at a hotel in Ikot Ekpene. Akpabio, yesterday, had a meeting with Oba (Mr Albert is popularly known as Oba in Akwa Ibom) and his supporters who are already defecting to the APC,” the source said. “Akpabio is not acting on his own, it’s a directive from Tinubu that he and other senators should come over to Akwa Ibom to receive Oba,” he added.
