Comrade Ofonime Okon  •wins  journalist of the year award in Rivers  An ace journalist and indigene of Mkpat Enin local government area in Akwa Ibom State, Comrade Ofonime Okon has been appointed as the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman of Obio Akpor Local Government Area, Ambassador Chijioke Ihunwo.
